Yes, The minimum order for delivery starts at $100.00. With exceptions depending on the location and borough.

If you cannot reach the minimum for the delivery, we can still deliver by adding an additional delivery fee. Or you can pick it up at out warehouse, located at 3915 Beryl Road Raleigh, NC 27607.

You need to call to reserve before coming for pick up.

In general, the sooner the better. even if you do not know the exact count, it is best to reserve and then make adjustments as needed.

For large events we recommend to contact us about a month in advance.

We need a completed rental agreement, with a credit card, and  NC valid ID of the credit card owner. A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit and signed authorization form.

All changes must be made at least 48 hours during business days prior to delivery. Additions to your order are welcomed and are subject to availability. Deletions must be made at least 48 hours prior to delivery or a cancelation fee will be assessed. 

Normal delivery hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Sunday through Friday. After hour deliveries are available and may incur additional charge. If you require delivery within a specific time frame an additional “Timed delivery fee” may apply. 

Free delivery is available for orders over $100 within 30 miles.

Otherwise, delivery charges will be determined based on the location, time, and the total amount of the rentals. If the delivery or pickup is delayed due to your event, an additional charge may apply.

Delivery must be possible within 50 feet of the event location. If there are any obstacles, such as difficult terrain or stairs, please notify us, as this may result in additional fees due to longer labor times or the need for extra staff. Additionally, please keep in mind that all rented items from Eco Gear Party Rentals remain your responsibility from the time of delivery until they are picked up.

We set up and take down all tents. Other items like tables, chairs, linens, etc. are to be set up by the customer. However, we can offer a setup package and breakdown with an additional charge.

All tables and chairs must be folded, stacked and ready for pickup in the same way they were delivered.

All rental items are counted at delivery to your site and at the time of pick up. Customer is responsible for damaged or missing equipment. a replacement cost will be assessed for anything due to lost, theft, abused or any damage to the equipment.

If something was broken, repair costs might be adjusted after the equipment has been repaired or replaced.  Should you find the item later and return it in satisfactory condition, we will be pleased to provide a refund for that charge.

If you require a certificate of insurance, please email us your specifications at least 5 business days prior to the event.
