🎉 FREE Delivery:
Orders of $100 or more within Wake County qualify for free delivery, except for orders that require special trailer delivery.
Placing an order under $100? Pickup may be the best option, or delivery may be available for an additional fee.
* Orders that include large 60" round tables may require an additional $50 trailer/delivery fee, because these tables do not fit in our regular vehicle.

Our service area includes Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Wake Forest, Garner, Knightdale, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Rolesville, Wendell, Zebulon, and nearby Wake County communities.

Delivery must be possible within 50 feet of the event location. If there are stairs, difficult terrain, long carrying distances, or other access issues, please notify us in advance. Additional fees may apply.
Please remember that all rented items from EcoGear Party Rentals remain your responsibility from the time of delivery until they are picked up.
Yes. Complimentary linens are included with every table rental.
Linens are included with rectangular tables, cocktail tables, and 60" round tables. This helps your setup look cleaner and more event-ready without a separate linen rental.

Standard delivery does not include setup.
Optional setup and breakdown are available for a flat $50 fee when requested at least 48 hours before delivery.

We currently offer 10×10 and 10×20 canopies.
These canopy sizes are best for backyard parties, family gatherings, small community events, graduations, birthdays, and local celebrations.

If you need a large wedding-style tent or large event tent, please check your size requirements before booking.
Individual rentals let you choose exactly the tables, chairs, canopies, and extras you need for your event.
Party packages are ready-to-go setups based on guest count. They are designed to make planning easier for backyard parties, birthdays, graduations, family gatherings, and local events.
Not sure what to choose?
If you want the easiest option, start with a party package. If you need a custom setup, choose individual rentals.
We recommend booking as soon as you know your event date.
Spring and summer weekends can fill up quickly, and early booking gives you the best chance to reserve the items or package you want.
⏰ Please plan ahead:
We stop accepting new bookings and order changes 48 hours before the event.
If you have a last-minute request, you can contact us and we’ll do our best to help, but availability is not guaranteed.
To reserve your order, please complete the online booking process and provide the required payment information.
Some orders may require a rental agreement, valid ID, or additional confirmation before delivery.
Reservation confirmation:
Your reservation is confirmed once the required deposit/payment and booking details are received.
Order changes must be requested at least 48 hours before delivery and are subject to availability.
Additions are welcome when inventory is available.
Important:
Deletions or cancellations requested less than 48 hours before delivery may be subject to cancellation or change fees.
All tables, chairs, and canopies must be folded, stacked, and ready for pickup in the same way they were delivered.
Please make sure all rented items are clean, dry when possible, and ready for pickup at the scheduled time.
Added setup and breakdown?
If you added setup and breakdown service, we will handle the breakdown of the rented items included in that service.
Normal delivery hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Sunday through Friday. After hour deliveries are available and may incur additional charge. If you require delivery within a specific time frame an additional “Timed delivery fee” may apply.
All rental items are counted at delivery to your site and at the time of pick up. The customer is responsible for damaged or missing equipment. A replacement cost will be assessed for anything due to loss, theft, abuse, or any damage to the equipment.
If something was broken, repair costs might be adjusted after the equipment has been repaired or replaced. Should you find the item later and return it in satisfactory condition, we will be pleased to provide a refund for that charge.
For all cancellations, the 50% deposit is non-refundable, as reserving your booking may prevent us from accepting other customers for the same date.
If you cancel more than 48 hours before the event and have already paid the full amount, you are welcome to request a 50% refund.
If you require a certificate of insurance, please email us your specifications at least 5 business days prior to the event.
